Whirlpool Recognizes Motherly Ingenuity
The 2008 Whirlpool® Brand Mother of Invention Grant will provide winning moms with the necessary business resources to help bring their ideas to life…
The grand prize winner will receive a $20,000 grant, Duet® Steam or Cabrio® washer and steam dryer pair, a Whirlpool® dishwasher and a $3,000 stipend for a new home office. But, there’s also other grant prizes being offered at $7,000 and $5,000!
About entering the contest:
Whirlpool is accepting all new product innovation, invention, service or business ideas except those about appliances or appliance components. Any appliance ideas will be disqualified.
If you have photos, renderings, DVDs, prototypes, business plans, patent documentation, etc. you would like to include, complete the printable entry form and mail it to the address listed on the form.
Prototypes, business plans, patent and trademark documentation are eligible for bonus points. See rules for more details.
Please only enter each idea once, either online or by mail, not both.
Entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2008.
Winners will be notified by mail on or about 09/08/2008.
