		<description>Good advice. I think the number one turn off when reading a blog is poor spelling and grammar. It comes across as sloppy and looks like the blogger is just throwing the piece together. One mistake every now and then is not bad, we all make mistakes occassionally. But consistently mispelling words comes across as unprofessional.</description>
