If you run an online business, you know what it’s like to be busy, busy, busy…sometimes with no end in sight.
We all have our own reasons to start a business, but most of us didn’t start for the opportunity to work around the clock. Yet somehow, that’s exactly what happened.
The good news is, there is definitely a way out and you may have heard of “outsourcing” before. Outsourcing allows you to find virtual helpers from around the country or around
the world to simplify and reduce the day-to-day tasks in your business.
BUT…
**How do you make that happen without sacrificing the quality you and your clients expect from your business?**
**How do you find reliable and qualified help?**
**What if you’re on a budget?**
**What if you just don’t have TIME to train people to help?***
Thankfully, it’s all easier than you think and Alice Seba, the “Outsourcing Sweetie” can show you exactly how. As a busy mom of 2 young boys, she knew it was do or die when it came to keeping everything in her life and business afloat. Now, she’s sharing how she went from overworked business mama to thriving business woman enjoy family and life.

I was recently called upon to take a meal today for an elderly lady at church. I immediately said, “Yes” that I would be glad to take a meal. As busy as I am, I know that without outsourcing, I would certainly have a hard time accomplishing all that I do in a day. I have to admit, I’m planning on outsourcing the meal preparation by doing a pickup at a local restaurant. The fact is, many of us do outsourcing on a daily basis for dry cleaning, baked bread, an entire meal, and more. But we start fretting when it comes to outsourcing tasks for our home business.
You have probably heard about the benefits of outsourcing some of your business tasks. Maybe you would like to, but you just feel you do not have the money to hire anyone. It may seem backwards, but paying others to handle some of your business tasks will actually make you money in the long run.
Here are some tips for outsourcing when you don’t have alot of extra money:
Take a look at the number of hours you are working on your business and figure out which tasks are actually helping you to earn money and which tasks are taking away from the time you could be spending on more important things.
Think about how much more money you could be earning if you spent all of your working hours on the tasks that make you money. The truth is you cannot afford to not start outsourcing. The following are tips for outsourcing your tasks when you do not have a lot of extra money to spend on hiring others.
Start outsourcing your tasks slowly. Maybe you can hire a ghostwriter to write a couple articles for you. That may not seem like much, but those articles can be used on your website and distributed to article directories, which can help bring in a lot of traffic to your site. You can hire a virtual assistant to write and distribute a press release for you. Which, again, can help bring in a lot of traffic for you.
Another option is to barter with service providers. If you sell Tupperware and are looking for someone to help you create a newsletter, ask if they will accept some of your product instead of cash. Or, if you are a ghostwriter in need of a website, ask a web designer if she will trade her services for articles.
If you visit a service-providers’ website and you notice that they charge $15 per hour but you can only afford to pay $10 per hour, send them an email and let them know your situation. If they know that you plan on being a steady client, they may be willing to offer you a reduced rate.
You can also contact your local high school or college and offer an internship in your business. An intern is a student who is willing to work for free in exchange for the experience. Depending on what the student is studying, he or she may be able to handle administrative tasks such as answering email and returning phone calls or highly technical tasks such as web design.
As your profits increase, you can slowly start adding to the list of items you outsource. Even if you add one thing per month, within a year you will have gained a lot of time and maximized your profits.

I’m Not for Hire, but Here’s Help for Your Home Business
If there’s not enough hours in your day to get all your internet marketing tasks done (update your blog, website, send out your newsletter, write a report), then consider this. It’s time to outsource!
Don’t worry, I’m not here trying to get you to hire me to do your work. (: For most work at home moms (and dads), it can really be tough getting started…and you really can’t afford to hire help either. But, there’s a very cheap way to outsource writing content for your site or for your newsletters. Plus, there’s an easy way that you can earn some extra profit for your current home business by creating your own ebook.
You may have guessed it already. Private label articles and content have really been the rage online. In fact, the internet is crowded with tons of private label right products. But, Don’t fall for all of them!
Many private label articles are poorly written, some are way oversold. Yikes! Who wants to have to do alot of spell checking and grammar corrections on content that you bought.
Some business owners may have a hard time letting go of the “Do it myself” mode. But, trust me, when you start outsourcing some of your tasks, you can actually accomplish more. And…remember, with private label articles you can change the content. I like taking some of the articles and grabing just some of the tips to use and mix with my own content. You want your readers to get a “feel” of who you are in your writing…and private label articles allow you to do this. You can add, change or delete any part of the article that you want. (Bonus: You’re not required to include links to any other sites.)
You can compile private label articles to create your own ebook or f.r.e.e report. (Hint: Offering f.r.e.e reports to your subscribers is a great way to build your subscriber list.)
I have two great resources that I can highly recommend because I use them. They’re of high quality and it’s a very, very rare occasion that I ever have to correct grammar or spelling errors. Using PLR is a great way to sort of “outsource” some of my own work.
So here’s two sources that you’ll want to bookmark and use quite often and especially when you’re under pressure to update your blog! (:
