The first of the three tips to make your customers happy is to give your customers more value than what they pay for. In fact, give them a lot more.

You should try to give them two or three time more value than what they paid to get. So if they pay $17 for an eBook then give them $34 or even $51 worth of content.

People love to get something for nothing. So if they get more content then they’re expecting then they will be happy because they’ll feel like they are getting something for nothing. This will make them want to buy something from you again.  Extra tip: A great way to achieve this is by giving “unannounced bonuses” with your product.

2. Anticipate Your Customers’ Wants and Needs

Your current customers will always want or need more products from your niche. In other words, if they buy once within your niche then they’re obviously interested in that niche and they will continue to be interested in the niche.

In order to get their business again and again, you want to try to anticipate your customers’ wants and needs. Then, create and offer them a product based on what they want and need.

In order to find out what they want, you should send a poll to your customers and you should also spend time on forums within your niche. See what people are talking about on the forum and then create a product accordingly.

3. Remember: The Customer is Always Right

The final of the three keys for how to make your customers happy is to remember that the customer is always right. Do what it takes to make the customer happy and answer any and all questions and concerns that your customers might have.

Once again, the three keys to improve customer satisfaction is to give your customers more than they pay for, anticipate your customers’ wants and needs, and to remember that the customer is always right. If you do these three things then you will be able to keep your customers coming back to buy more and more from you.
